InsightPact’s #SkillsAmplified Professional Development Week was a unique professional development experience where Asia Pacific's seasoned consultants, facilitators, and coaches came together to supercharge and future-proof the skills of leaders and innovators across cultures and industries.
Throughout the week of October 9 to 12, InsightPact explored four essential topics that are vital for both small and large organizations, for-profit and nonprofit, to achieve people-centered leadership, organizational effectiveness, and workplace wellbeing.

After audience research and ideation, the campaign took on the title, key message, and hashtag #SkillsAmplified because our goal was to provide opportunities for leaders and innovators to explore their greater potential, fine-tune their toolbox, and position themselves as trusted advisors and influencers within their teams and organizations.

The central point of contact for this campaign was an InsightPact website landing page.
WEBSITE DESIGN
The website was designed to provide participants with all the information they need to be informed about the professional development week, including its webinars, their goals and speakers. Participants were able to choose and register for the webinars that interest them. The landing page was also designed to be responsive and cater to mobile device usability and user experience.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION
Technical SEO was implemented throughout the landing page to increase awareness and search engine result page ranking. Meta description tags and Open Graph optimisation ensured links shared across platforms were informative and helped users understand what the page was about.
Email Marketing
Campaign messaging was integrated with the pre-event direct emails and newsletters sent to the existing InsightPact community and collaborating partner networks (with communication guides).
SOCIAL MEDIA Marketing & COntent creation
The organic and paid social media campaign content communicated various elements of the #skillAmplified events such as speaker spotlights, specific event details and overall event information using content designed for each social media platform's aspect ratio preferences.
Post event promotion
A recap of the event was shared through newsletters and social media posts. Recordings of the sessions were uploaded to YouTube with live-chat resource links and shared publicly for those who were unable to attend the live events.
